Centrally located, spacious room with comfy bed, excellent shower, and good A/C. Staff very helpful and friendly. Abundant breakfast variety. Clean property throughout. Excellent value for the price.

The breakfast was also tasty and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to reach all the attractions I wanted to see. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay a much more pleasant experience.

The hotel lacked certain amenities like ironing facilities, which made it difficult to prepare my clothes for the day. the Wi-Fi connection was also poor, which made it hard to stay connected when needed.

During my recent stay in Buenos Aires over Christmas, I found the breakfast to be consistently tasty and fulfilling. The spacious room with good value was also a major positive aspect of my stay. the hotel's central location made it easy to get to all the top attractions in the city.

My stay was not without its downsides. the staff at reception did not seem particularly friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was capacious and provided enhanced comfort. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to restaurants and a bustling cruise port. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us with our laundry needs, despite the hotel not having a laundry service. In addition to the room, the hotel offered a range of amenities including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance, which helped us make the most of our time in the area. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel's soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. The bathroom provided free toiletries and the kitchenette was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. The room also featured modern conveniences like an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The overall experience was top-notch, with a comfortable and spacious room, impeccable service, and a range of amenities to enhance our stay.

The hotel had some good aspects such as the location being convenient and close to everywhere, also the room was spacious and the breakfast was nice with good options. However, the bathroom was unclean with visible mildew. There were no facilities or equipment provided such as kettles or irons. The staff were generally helpful, but there were extra costs which were not expected. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovation which did not seem to be going well.
